Ground: UPS hasn’t provided a specific cutoff date for Ground shipments but we recommend by December 15th.
Same day shipping is for orders placed before 12:00 noon EST Monday through Friday using Express package delivery. It's always better to order early as all of the carrier services are overwhelmed at this time of year. While we can guarantee shipping your package on time we are not responsible for carrier delays or errors, orders lost in the mail, mail theft, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages or weather incidents. Please note: First Class service offers no protection against lost packages. USPS only allows lost package claims for Priority and Express.
